sticks and stones

we did some yard work the other day. maddox did some good work breaking sticks.

little ones were easy:


Big sticks were harder to break:



He also did some work to see what would fit in this little hole. The big rock would not fit:




but his finger would fit:



and so did the little stick:



then it was time for a break:



Whew! That was a lot of hard work!!
